Every account will be assigned a U.S. number by default, provided by Twilio. This number is primarily used for testing your AI agent.
If you are a U.S.-based customer, you can use this number for deployment. Additionally, you can purchase new numbers through our platform.

For Customers Outside the U.S.

Clients outside the U.S. have two options:
  1. (Recommended) Integrate their SIP trunk from their telecom provider or CRM. You can find our SIP trunk integration at this [link].
  2. Request a specific number from any country, provided that Twilio supports it. Depending on the country’s regulations, we may require additional details such as proof of address or a local ID.
