• Send spam, automated calls, or fraudulent communications using our platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

• Certain features of Callab AI may require payment.
• All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
• We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to handle transactions securely.
• If you fail to make a payment, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

• We do not use customer data to train AI models.
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws when using Callab AI.

• We strive to keep Callab AI available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

• Callab AI and all associated content, trademarks, and software are owned by Clusterlabs LTD.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without our written consent.

9. Termination

• Your access to the Service will cease immediately.
• Any outstanding payments remain due.
• Certain sections of these Terms (e.g., Liability, Dispute Resolution) will survive termination.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties.
• We do not guarantee that Callab AI will be error-free, secure, or always available.

11. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clusterlabs LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Callab AI.
• Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), UAE.
• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in ADGM courts.
