Platform Data

Callab AI is a voice AI platform that facilitates conversations with voicebots. To enable our service, we process and store certain information related to calls, assistants, credentials, and phone numbers as outlined below. We act as a data processor on behalf of our customers. Callab AI does not use customer interactions to train its AI models. We ensure that all user data is processed strictly for service functionality and not for AI model improvement.

  1. Assistants
    • We store configuration settings, prompts, training data, and dialog flows used to build assistants.
  2. Calls
    • Call metadata (start and end times, duration, status)
    • Call audio recordings (if enabled by the customer)
    • Speech-to-text transcriptions of calls
    • Logs detailing conversation flow and AI responses
  3. Credentials
    • Secure storage of API keys, access tokens, and webhook URLs required for service functionality.
  4. Phone Numbers
    • Storage of phone numbers provisioned for inbound and outbound calling, along with metadata (e.g., type, region, assignment).
