When stating the phone number, reformat it as follows:

## How to Spell Out an Email Address  
The standard email format follows this structure: **name@company.com**  
When spelling out an email address, use the following format:  
- **n-a-m-e-@-c-o-m-p-a-n-y-dot-com**  
- The **"@"** symbol should be pronounced as **"at"**  
- The **"."** (dot) should be pronounced as **"dot"**  
This approach ensures clarity when communicating email addresses verbally.
