Our billing system uses credits, which renew every month. These credits cover your usage and any add-ons (for example, concurrency limits, knowledge bases, or voice cloning).1. Monthly CreditsYou receive a set number of credits at the start of each month. These credits are then used throughout the month for your account’s consumption and any added features.2. Add-OnsAny extra features you activate (such as concurrency limits or voice cloning) deduct a set number of credits on a monthly basis.3. Payment OptionsYou can choose to pay monthly or yearly. Even if you pay yearly, the credits are still added to your account on a monthly schedule.4. Top-Up FeatureIf you run out of credits before the month ends, the system automatically tops up your account. By default, it will add USD 10, although you can change this top-up amount.
Credits can roll over for up to two months. The system will use the oldest credits first. Any credits older than two months will expire.
How do I receive my credits?
Credits are added to your account at the beginning of each month. You can use them for your consumption and for any add-ons you have activated.
Do add-ons use up my credits?
Yes. Any additional features (such as concurrency limits or voice cloning) will deduct a set number of credits on a monthly basis.
Can I pay yearly instead of monthly?
Yes. You can choose monthly or yearly billing. Even if you pay yearly, your credits are still added to your account monthly.
Where can I check my credit balance and usage?
You can view real-time credit details in your account dashboard. This includes how many credits you have left, what they were spent on, and any pending top-ups.
What happens if I run out of credits before the month ends?
An automatic top-up will occur, adding a default of USD 10. You can change this amount to fit your needs.
