This is an overview of how our billing works.
Our billing system uses credits, which renew every month. These credits cover your usage and any add-ons (for example, concurrency limits, knowledge bases, or voice cloning).
1. Monthly Credits
You receive a set number of credits at the start of each month. These credits are then used throughout the month for your account’s consumption and any added features.
2. Add-Ons
Any extra features you activate (such as concurrency limits or voice cloning) deduct a set number of credits on a monthly basis.
3. Payment Options
You can choose to pay monthly or yearly. Even if you pay yearly, the credits are still added to your account on a monthly schedule.
4. Top-Up Feature
If you run out of credits before the month ends, the system automatically tops up your account. By default, it will add USD 10, although you can change this top-up amount.
Credits can roll over for up to two months. The system will use the oldest credits first. Any credits older than two months will expire.
How do I receive my credits?
Credits are added to your account at the beginning of each month. You can use them for your consumption and for any add-ons you have activated.
Do add-ons use up my credits?
Yes. Any additional features (such as concurrency limits or voice cloning) will deduct a set number of credits on a monthly basis.
Can I pay yearly instead of monthly?
Yes. You can choose monthly or yearly billing. Even if you pay yearly, your credits are still added to your account monthly.
Where can I check my credit balance and usage?
You can view real-time credit details in your account dashboard. This includes how many credits you have left, what they were spent on, and any pending top-ups.
What happens if I run out of credits before the month ends?
An automatic top-up will occur, adding a default of USD 10. You can change this amount to fit your needs.
