Setup Outbound Agent

1. Click Launch AI Agent.

2. Select Launch a new agent.

3. Choose Outbound.

4. Fill in the details:

• Enter a name for your launch.
• Select the AI agent you previously created.
• Choose a phone number.

5. Click Next.

6. Set up the scheduling:

• Select the timezone of the country where your agents will operate.

• Choose the working days and hours for your agents.

7. Click Next.

8. Select your contact list for the agent to call.

9. (Optional) Map variables if needed (e.g., matching the first name from your contact list to the AI agent’s dynamic variables).

10. Click Next.

11. (Optional) Add a webhook if needed.

12. Click Create.

Your AI agents are now life and making phone calls 🙌
