After testing your AI agent’s instructions and ensuring it behaves as expected, the next step is to evaluate its performance post-deployment.

For inbound agents, simply call the assigned number and have a regular conversation with your AI agent.

For outbound agents, test the settings you configured by using your own phone number as the callee (along with other available numbers). Verify that the AI agent initiates calls at the correct date and time as specified in your settings.
