You cam find a section called Tools in the bottom section of your AI instructions screen.

This is where your agent takes actions. These actions can be:

  • End the call.
  • Transfer the call.
  • Send email (coming soon)
  • Check the calendar and book an appointment (coming soon)

Adding a specific action to your instruction:

  1. Go to Tools in your Agent Instruction screen.

  2. Click on the + button on the top right of the box.

  3. Select the desired Action.

  4. Mention your AI Agent’s answer when using this tool.

    (Example: “I’m transferring you to a human agent”)

In order for your agent to function properly, there needs to be at least one tool enabled. The end_call tools will be enabled by default.
