- End the call.
- Transfer the call.
- Send email (coming soon)
- Check the calendar and book an appointment (coming soon)
- Go to Tools in your Agent Instruction screen.
- Click on the + button on the top right of the box.
- Select the desired Action.
- Mention your AI Agent’s answer when using this tool. (Example: “I’m transferring you to a human agent”)
In order for your agent to function properly, there needs to be at least one tool enabled. The end_call tools will be enabled by default.
